The products are very unique and fun. This is the 3rd time I have ordered this month.The site is a little difficult to navigate. The shipping was a bit excessive, and I was charged a city of South Charleston tax but our address is actually not inside the city limits.

The process took much too long. It took a a week and a half just to get the artwork together. I ordered two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped

Crown & Paw did an amazing job. It was a last minute Christmas gift idea and I assumed it would turn into a New Years or even Valentine’s Day gift, but it was made and shipped out so fast! I couldn’t believe it. It arrived on December 24 and my husband opened it on Christmas Day. Great quality, too.

They did an incredbile job, and my sister could not be happier with her gift!! Thank you fam!!!

I placed order on 11/25. I was able to review my photo the next day. Today is 12/25 and I have tried to contact Crown & Paw about my print. They say it is still in the queue to print but I can pay $10 extra and move my print to the top of the line. This was a Christmas gift and I did not receive it in time for Christmas. My original estimated time for delivery was 10-14 days. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s just a money grab for this company. If it wasn’t, they wouldn’t want you to pay extra money to skip the line. Update: 01/08/22. Still no portrait. They refused to give me a refund, however, they offered to give me a “free” digital download. Guys— it was the same picture I was given to review! Use caution when dealing with this company.
