Easy to Use
I was very happy with the entire ordering process. It was very easy to upload the photo I wanted to use and select the style of the design. I’m impressed by how convenient everything was.

I'm not sure why I keep getting emails to write a review, given that I have not received a final product (or even a review picture) yet. But I'll review my experience so far.... First, this order was placed well after the Christmas rush, so that's not a valid excuse here. The website clearly states that after you upload your photo, "Your art will be ready to preview in 2-3 days." I uploaded my photos 8 days ago and also paid extra for the "queue jump." When I check my status, I'm given a window of "estimated date of completion." It's now past that window. So, despite the website saying 2-3 days, and me paying extra money for "queue jump", my order is still not even ready for review and it's outside of the window I was given. So far, not too satisfied with this...

It was easy to navigate and compare sizes. My only difficulty was trying to find the best picture, but your guide was helpful. A feature that lets you (even crudely) put the animal in a template, would be very helpful (if it doesn’t (maybe with watermarks or the majority of the outfit cutoff so people can’t screenshot it)
