I am a returning customer. My first canvas I had done turned out fantastic! At Christmas time I opted to re-order having a canvas made of my daughters dog with my dog. Upon arrival the box was stamped “reject”, and when I opened it,the backing on the portrait was placed upside down. I contacted customer service and they went into immediate action giving me instructions on what to do. My new canvas arrived within weeks and it was done perfectly. I would not hesitate to do business with them again, in fact I have sent many people their way! Thank you! Lisa Mervenne #crownandpaw @crownandpaw

The product is fun, but the process of ordering it has been a dismal experience. I've never written a review, but I felt my treatment throughout the process should at least be noted by someone beyond the gaslighting customer service. First, I will refer to customer service as "they," because there was never a stable interaction with a service rep; the signature changed every step of the way, which was immediately a red flag of poor communication. I had ordered my portrait on Nov. 28th and had not heard back from them for the amount of time they projected. I reached out to customer service, worried that my portrait might not arrive in time for Christmas (the projection was that it would). They replied and said the email I entered was misspelled and that my photo was in the wrong format. Okay, fair enough -- I don't think I entered it incorrectly, since I used auto-fill, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I then uploaded two additional formats of the photos, one of which was JPEG. They wrote back to me again, informing me that the photos were in the incorrect format, without specifying which format they needed or preferred. So I asked which format would be best, and they told me they needed a JPEG format - which I had submitted - but that I shouldn't worry, they fixed it for me. So annoying on so many levels. So the photo is fixed and they sent a final proof, but it is now Dec. 21st and I need to change the address, because the recipient will have left by the time it would have come. So I requested an address change. They said that it would ship by Dec. 28th (5-7 days) to the new address. Neither of those things happened. January 14th - 4 weeks after my approval of their proof, they sent me an email with a final proof asking for my approval again. I approved it again, and it has now shipped - on January 17th, 1.5 months and change after the initial order, to the original and now incorrect address. It will arrive in 1-2 weeks, a full 2 months after I had ordered it. Every step of the way, each hiccup in this process, has been framed as my fault, which I have increasingly doubted throughout this process. I now know what it means to be gaslit by a company in a first-hand way. I can only recommend this service to those with unending patience and perhaps a team of customers, all of whom will represent one unidentifiable buyer skilled in covering their mistaking through gaslighting the service they're requesting. Either that, or the company will have to revamp their customer service and improve their inner communication.

I’ve bought 4 canvas portraits and they all have turned out really well. Great gift for any dedicated animal lover.

Our Buster's portrait is incredible. We chose the general, which totally suits his personality! It's unbelievable how perfect he looks!
