After seeing the creative, fun, and hilarious work by Crown & Paw, I so badly wish I could leave a better review, but this is the worst ordering and customer service process I have been a part of in a while. I ordered my canvas on December 9th as a Christmas gift, with a guarantee that my order would arrive within 10 days. My friend also ordered around Dec. 8th/9th. A couple of days passed and as it neared closer to Christmas, I still was unable to preview my artwork and had no access to the customer dashboard. I communicated with customer service and they explained that my artwork had not uploaded properly and I needed to resubmit my pictures - no problem. I did so, received a proof of my image, and approved my artwork on December 12th. From then, I was assuming my order would be shipped to me and I would still have my canvas in time to gift for Christmas. I was wrong. More time had passed and I was still unable to track my order. I reached out to the customer service again on December 27th, explaining my situation, and was told I would need to upload my photos again, because of a technical error on their end... but I had already received my proof? At this point, I was pretty sure I had just gotten my money taken. I stayed in touch with customer service waiting for my order to arrive. I reached back out on January 14th, asking for a full refund, because it had been almost a month from the expected arrival date. Keep in mind, my order wasn't necessarily cheap. In that communication with the customer service rep, she let me know they could refund me the cost of shipping because my product didn't arrive in the 1-2 weeks as expected, but I would have to let them know if I wanted her to process the refund. At this point, I'm over dealing with them. I got an email stating my order had been shipped today - well over a month from my order date. This company is unique with great potential, but I don't think I can justify ordering from Crown & Paw again.. especially not a gift of any kind.

Looked great on proof, but print came out quite dark. Naval uniform on the captain blends quite a bit with the back ground and our black dog. Not as striking as I had hoped or as it looked on the proof, but still fun.

I ordered this for my daughter.She was so very pleased with the results.

Something happened to the gift I sent my son. It never arrived, or was stolen. Crown and Paw sent a replacement. I was so grateful! It wasn't their fault, but they came through for me.
