Very cute concept. Nice website with step by step guidance. The one thing I never like and happens all the time, is that the price changes at the very end when you check out, suddenly all these extra costs are applied making the original product much more expensive than indicated.

Instead of getting any updates on my order, I keep getting reminders to submit my review. I placed my order a week ago and it has yet to be printed and shipped out. I even paid extra to “jump the line”, which I feel did not speed up the process. I can’t review the final product, as I’ve yet to receive it, so this review is only for the processing time.

We just absolutely love what you do. We will always have these keepsakes for our cats even after they leave this world. Thank you so much.

I've now ordered twice from crown and paw as I was so impressed with my first order! The end product is amazing and looks so realistic!

what a wonderful discovery to find the portraits you do! I am so tickled and happy to have the portrait we are doing for our dog Hobbes. Just the best!
