This is my 3rd purchase. Two previous portraits of my girls are perfect and fit their characters! This portrait is for my daughter’s dog who passed recently. The “ Queen” and it fits perfectly. Can’t wait till she receives it in the mail. I think she’ll be pleasantly surprised!

As always, super easy to order and they have such great options

Review of artwork is cumbersome - link makes you think you can review artwork but to do so you need order number which is not (or at least not readily apparent) on review email. Also annoying is that after approving artwork customer is asked again to tip (no tip isn’t a clear option) and to pay to expedite order - both of which I had done at time of order. I did tip again - and now I have a new order number (why?) and so it is now unclear if my prior payment for expedited order is still in place. While I’ve ordered previously, I very likely will not order again. Too bad. Product is good but you need to work on communication with customer.

The website is very buggy and needs work. I tried switching size of picture in cart, doesn’t work. Got kicked out of page when loading card details. Ad got stuck after selecting image and had to refresh page. Needs to be retested, almost decided to switch to a different site
