Had to send the artwork back twice for revision, explaining what I wish could be different, and the artwork still didnt turn out the way I wanted it to, and it was a simple thing that could have been photoshopped better. I still like it of course, I just think it could have been better.

I would like to be able to narrow my search just a bit more. It didn't seem to want to allow you to choose feom every category available. I choose canvas and was hoping to also choose gender and number of pets to narrow my results a bit more. Aside from that it's easy to navigate.

I love the canvas portraits. Purchased one for myself and have gifted two to my sister.

This turned out awesome. They were pretty wuick at getting it done.

The portrait I received was much too dark, to the point where you can't make out my dogs' heads. It was vastly different from the photo I had received for review, and should never have been sent out. I contacted the company about a refund, and they refused. Yesterday I received another copy of my portrait, but it is the EXACT same as the one I got before. No editing had been done at all. I had not been informed that they had sent me another copy beforehand, it just showed up. Also, the package was labelled "Humanitarian Donation", which I *think* may be illegal, but even if it isn't, it's messed up. Just label it as a gift. I am trying to get a refund through paypal, since Crown and Paw's customer service is frustrating to deal with. You get a new person responding every time, and they don't seem to read the previous messages in the email thread.

Excellent work. I think this over exceeded what I was looking for. I gifted this to my Husband who lost his longtime buddy May 17 2022 so he admitted he was trying not to get choked up when I surprised him with it. It greets us when we come home just as he would. Thank you so much.
