Sent 2 e-mails with a complaint, got e-mails saying I would get a response within 3-5 days. Never got a response. Called corporate, and they told me to e-mail customer service directly rather than fill out a complaint form. Never got a response---except this survey requesting my level of satisfaction. REALLY?

Customer service was and is non-existent. Hardware was not installed, and also not tightened . They wouldn't even return multiple messages that i left. spent $6000 and i have received better customer service when i spend $1 for a coffee.

We are very happy with the swing set, the sales process and the installation process. Our three year old loves the fort, slide and swings. He is getting the hang of climbing the rock wall. We are glad we went with the rubber ground material all around the base of the set as it allowed him to use the set even if the ground was wet after rains.
