Creative PlaythingsReviews of creativeplaythings.com

Great customer service. We've had our playset for 8 years and CP has helped us keep it in top shape.

My kids love their backyard set so much that it is becoming a problem to leave my home or even to get inside the house. They feel the must spend some time outside, no matter the weather and play. What I like the most is that it is big and sturdy enough for me to play on as well.

You get what you pay for. Quality equipment that isnt sore on the eyes and a quick and easy process

They were very professional and on time the day they said they would deliver it and assemble it

While I am very happy with the product and the installers were great every other part of our interaction with this company was difficult and unprofessional. From the advertised pricing being “old” to their inability to run our credit card on the first visit to the the rude and uninformed clerk who lied and told us our installation would go ahead in a foot of snow to the subsequent four phone calls it took to set up installation only to have an accessory left behind this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. If We hadn’t received such a good deal on a close out floor model we would’ve have cancelled our order. I cannot recommend this company.

This company consistently over charges. You are better off going to a competitor or buying something off of Costco.com. They charged us $500 for moving the playset. It took one guy took about three or four hours to move it. Total ripoff. And apparently the regular price is $750 for moving a playset. Crazy.
