Product quality not the greatest instillation went very poorly installer didn't finish because he needed to go to start another instillation had to come back many times all parts weren't in stock so the swing set took weeks to complete after a few weeks things started to break service is horrible it's been six months and set still not fixed the excuse I got was the factory was out of screws to me that's plain bs. If I were anyone looking to purchase a swing set from this place I would think twice

Creative playthings installed a basketball hoop at my house. They did a great job. The installers were great to work with.

The workers that come out to fix the problem where amazing. However the lack of communication on the ordering process and installation was terrible. In order to find out if the items I ordered and paid for were in I needed to go through the corporate website and complain and then someone would call me and tell me that my items are in and waiting installation. It would have been nice to get an email confirmation stating that rather than seeing $500 being charged to my credit card and not knowing if my product was ordered or received.

Great swing set. Piece was missing (canopy) when it was delivered. Took 4 months and multiple phone calls before the missing piece was delivered. Not the best customer service, considering the cost.

Installers were excellent. The did not even need the instructions and did a wonderful job.

Great, sturdy play set. The team that installed it was fantastic as well.
