Creative PlaythingsReviews of creativeplaythings.com

Kids love the playset. Installers were great -- fast and professional.

We bought a set used. CPT moved it to our house and assembled it. They were quick and conscientious.

Great sales experience and installation

Delivery person could have been more friendly and asked to drive through to the back yard before actually doing it. The stain on the boards was inconsistent and they couldn’t even have the creative playthings sign be level in the middle of the swingset (it’s crooked).

Love the play set—it is solid and we feel a great value. The experience at the store was wonderful. There was no hard sell or upsell and it was generally a pleasant experience. Had to have yard leveled and were told to clear more than needed. We added additional play structure and were told to clear the size of the next biggest package— so if you have to clear or prep your yard do your own diagram if you’re adding on to the standard pack as it’ll vary greatly depending on configuration. Installers were supposed to arrive between 9-12 and did not arrive til 3pm after numerous calls to the store. Install is beautiful. Originally purchased the borders and mulch, after landscaping was complete we decided to return borders instead of installing—that was kind of a production but worked out. Overall, we are thrilled with the product.

Sturdy construction friendly and helpful installers. They moved our play set for free to another location in the yard so that the kids could play while waiting for the play zone to be installed a few weeks later.

I hired Creative Playthings for maintenance of my swing set. The fix lasted about 4 weeks and this "fix" cost me $200. The team was at my house on the job for 10 minutes.

Very easy transaction, very pleased with our product. Excellent customer service
