easy and pleasant from start to finish!

If I didn't verify the toddler swing I bought was coming I would not have known it did not come on the truck. The craftsman ship was poor. They predrilled the mounting holes but it's hard to put bolts in from 2 different sides when the bolts hit each other. The directions are ok at best if you want to put it togeather yourself.

Great service and great product.

Outstanding experience from purchase to installation! Quality of the new playground is just fantastic! My granddaughter absolutely loves her new swing set and parents and grandparents could not be happier. Thanks Jeff!

Wow. Extremely happy!!!!!!!

In the last 3 years, I've bought 2 play sets for 2 different houses for my grand children. The swing sets are fantastic. My grandchildren and their friends/cousins enjoy it as well. All of the parents seem to compliment on what nice sets they are. Recently, one of my children moved and we had you disassemble and them reassemble it at the new house. Your workers did a great job and were so very nice. Thank You

We absolutely love our creative plaything playset, and all additions we have made to it (first a baby swing and later the teeter totter swing). The product gets five+ stars. However, when we purchased this new teeter totter swing we were originally sold an attachment setthat did not fit the playground we have, even though the employee pulled up our original purchase to confirm. After a frustrating hour trying to figure it out, and some googling, I realized the mistake. It was hard to figure out regardless as the differences in the brackets aren’t really explained well anywhere. Three stars for the inconvenience of having to do the exchange. We went in rather than order to be sure to get the correct product, and it didn’t happen

We had a playscape installed in our back yard and our son uses it quite literally every day. The installer was friendly and did it all, looks great and has made this summer amazing.
