Quick capable installation

I would not buy from this company, Figured I’d pay more and go with the best company and man did I make a mistake, From install not performed correctly, Missing parts, customer service not responding and even the sales team was not helpful. Stay away

they always have what I need

We recently purchased a play-set from Creative Playthings. I can tell you this is the best money we ever spent! The kids LOVE it and play on it every day. The installation was great, although they sent a rock wall that didn't have the hardware so we had to wait for a new one, it was worth the wait...and we had them install the picnic table as well as an after thought and our kids eat on it every day...They love it!! I just said to my husband, it was the best money we have spent in a long time. Jeff in the office, very easy to work with...all in all a great experience. We would highly recommend this company.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - The experience I had with the location on central ave and the headquarters was awful. They treated me as if i was lying the entire time about exercising a warranty and then tried to con me out of $800 dollars during a rebuild (they refused to assemble a certain portion of the swing set and told me it needed to be replaced - after i paid the $550 rebuild fee a month in advance) CON ARTISTS - RIP OFF REPORT ALERT. NOT WORTH THE INFLATED COST THEY CHARGE.

Great quality play set, great service.

Product is great - person who installed the playground was phenomenal! He took the time to make sure we were happy with both the product and the installation.

The quality of the play set that was delivered is not the same as the play set in the showroom which led us to purchase the play set. The wood is much more rough. The play set footprint itself has a smaller footprint than the one it replaced and has more swings on it. A swing arrived broken, that was resolved quickly luckily. The installation crew arrived in an un marked van that had seen better days, they also arrived with no name badges or any indication they were employed by Creative Playthings. They were polite and worked efficiently, I do not think I would purchase from the company in the future.
