Trish went WAY out of her way to much sure the install was taken care despite the fact that I live outside of the install area.

good service and good installers, vert happy

Imagine that you are really craving a nice, juicy steak, so you find your way to one of the best steakhouses in the area and order one of their finest steaks for dinner with all the trimmings. When you order, you are told that it will take a while to prepare your steak and this presses the limits of how long you're willing to wait, but you decide it's worth it. Then, when the steak finally arrives, most of the trimmings you ordered to go with it aren't dropped off and you have to wait even longer, just to have to send one of them back and wait yet again to finally have everything you ordered. THIS was my family's experience with Creative Playthings. We spent thousands of dollars on a tower/swing set and play zone and scheduled delivery for a month later. On the install date, the tower/swing set was delivered/installed, but without the play zone because the rubber mulch was back-ordered. We were promised a play zone install date 3 and a half weeks later (4 days shy of another month), but when that day finally came, the weed block was laid down and the perimeter installed, but only about half the rubber mulch was poured because they had ordered the wrong quantity for our play zone configuration. Another week later (just over 2 months after we had ordered it), we finally had the complete swing set and play zone we had ordered. At the end of the day, we are happy with the product, but the experience was a nightmare (I left out all the phone calls and follow-ups that took place between the initial install date and the eventual completion). If you have other options available to you of a similar quality and price (or better), I would recommend going with those. If you feel compelled to do business with Creative Playthings, well, just consider yourself warned.

Easy to work with and great quality

We had a great experience with Creative Playthings. The folks in the store were very friendly, informative and spent a lot of time with us. The delivery and set up was exactly as scheduled, completed quickly and thoroughly. Our daughter loves to be outside on our swing-set! (even the neighborhood kids want to try it out!)

The men who assembled the playscape where courteous, informative, and efficient. My grandchildren and their friends are putting the playscape to good use!

My last transaction was for service (3rd time using), seal coat and making sure all parts are stable. I was not informed that the playground would not be wiped down first therefore all dust and leaves are sealed.into the wood. Also, one if the workers slid down the slide and now it is lopsided. I will not be using the service ever again.

They put up our swing set in record time in the rain and it’s great!
