Excellent customer service (not just the great advice given while placing the order, but also installation), excellent products!! Couldn't have had a better experience working with Creative Playthings. Thanks so much for your help! Kids are incredibly happy with their playground!

Purchase was simple. Installation took about 4-5 hours and they had two guys putting it together. Went incredibly smooth and they were professional. Would definitely recommend

Everything went very well

Geoff with the Pembroke office was excellent to work with. I had worried current conditions would have made my goal of getting my children a swing set a daunting task. I have to say, from first inquiry to installation my expectations were met and then some. My children LOVE it and I can’t wait to see them grow with it over the next several years! Great quality! Highly recommend.

We love the playset! 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the high price tag.

Great service, all via phone - we got exactly what we wanted, great communication and the installer was wonderful. Great experience.

Very happy! There was so many options, but Ida helped steer us in the right direction. Being stuck at home everyday due to COVID has been a blessing to have this thing in the backyard. It has made time fly by and is a blast to play with. Thank you again
