You guys really outdid yourselves
You guys really outdid yourselves. The customer service and white glove service was top notch. Even w/ the CA fires, you got my cabinet to me in record time! I would definitely buy from you again. These products are commercial grade and high quality! Thank you Brian, Rob, Travis, Marlon and I wish I got the other driver's name too. Thank him for me! -Gary

Our big purchase....
Brian and his team make up a company that cares about its customers and therefor it’s products. My wife and I never felt distant or concerned throughout the decision, purchase, build, and delivery of our machine. We could always feel the passion (email, phone, and/or text) from whomever we spoke too at Creative and we’re always left with reinforcement that we made the right decision to purchase our arcade machine.

Extremely happy with my purchase
Extremely happy with my purchase it was everything I asked for and more. They were able to schedule the delivery to accommodate my schedule. They gave me the “white glove treatment “ and place it in the house where I wanted it and unpacked it. They showed me how everything worked... Thank you!

We decided to purchase the 32” screen…
We decided to purchase the 32” screen lift top 3500 cocktail arcade with the riser and we absolutely love it. My wife and I love playing our old favorites from when we were dating 40 plus years ago. We also enjoy discovering new games together. The machine is high quality in every respect. It is as solidly built as the arcade machines I played long ago. Delivery was quick and the unit was packed very well and received with no damage. As older people, we were a little concerned about getting the unit inside and set up, but it was not a problem. The unit is heavy but we easily managed. Plugged it in, turned it on, and started playing. Graphics are great and the controls work well. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a multi game arcade
