Hi Randy, we sincerely apologize for the delays and, especially, for the inconsistent updates you received. Your machine has been more difficult to source than anticipated, as we build these units here in the U.S. and had unexpected delays obtaining the necessary components and wrapping materials. We also recognize that promises were made regarding shipping dates that we ultimately did not meet. While our owner has been dealing with a serious personal health matter alongside an unusually high volume of orders, we understand that this does not change the frustration you experienced. We are committed to getting your machine delivered and seeing this through. The tracking shows this to be delivered the week of October 5th. We all feel horrible that we missed the Wedding Party, it's never our intention to disappoint or let down our customers, especially for such a special occasion. We truly appreciate your patience and the fact that you acknowledged there are two sides to every situation. We realize this review is from 2023, so we understand that the original order is no longer an active situation. That said, we still wanted to respond because we don’t want a customer’s experience to go unacknowledged simply because time has passed. Waiting three months for an order while repeatedly being told “just one more week” would understandably be incredibly frustrating. Most importantly, we’re sorry that you were put in a position where you had to keep reaching out for answers instead of receiving a clear and reliable update. We’ve grown and changed considerably since 2023, but we don’t dismiss the experiences customers had during that time.
