Great machine!! Lots of fun, everybody loves it!!

My order has not been delivered after 2+ months. I was told it would be shipped out 2 weeks ago but I've received no tracking or shipping info. I've emailed them 3 times for an update since then but have had zero response. Right now I am not trusting that I will even get my game machine. If anything changes, I will resubmit my review. UPDATE: I was finally able to reach the company by phone. After a brief hold, a gentleman came on the line and said that my machine was finally being packed for shipping. To make up for the delay, they included a gun set, which made me very happy. Fast forward - I now have the game, it arrived packaged very well and in perfect condition. After taking a few minutes to figure out how to navigate through the games, I am loving this. This is a top quality machine and other than the extra long wait to receive it, I highly recommend getting one!

Love the video games, love the console, but I upgraded to be able to have easy access to favorite games and it is not as easy as I anticipated. Would have been great to have a more seamless process to get to your favorite games instead of having to plug in an external keyboard.

Well, been waiting for my system to arrive for sometime now.....still have not recieved it yet. No issues with the company as I support SBVO. Just wish after spend $$$$ it would have been faster. Will provide an update after I finally recieve the TR-2 arcade system and try it out.

There's a free play button on the front where anyone could just override putting in a coin. I had to call a tech and disconnect it myself. The interface for picking a game could use some work. When you use the search function, it doesn't show the game footage. I'm not sure why there are separate 3D and 2D columns. I thought I used the setting for always displaying the time left but it doesn't seem to work. Neither does holding Start to exit the game.

Awesome graphics and great setup and great machine. Has tons of games. It was new so it had a few things that needed to be figured out but once that was discussed with the tech support it is awesome. Would of liked to know originally about the playability for the arcade on the back monitor and not on the pinball monitor. Had to reorder a new machine and pay for a new custom wrap which was a little of a bummer but overall everything else is great.

For me, Sunbeam made all the difference. The machine although used came with some issues as the control panel didn't close and the wrong list of games came with it. I worked with Sunbeam to get everything corrected. He answered all my requests and made me feel comfortable with my purchase

The build quality of the machine is exceptional. The joysticks, trackball, and buttons are all top grade. The cabinet is solid with protective glass in front of the screen. Creative Arcades also did a great job with our custom artwork. My only complaint is with the games themselves. On many of them, the screen resolution is set to "fill" which make vertical shooters unnaturally wide. Also, several games that should use the trackball do not, and it's not properly calibrated for many golf games. In short, it was worth the money but a few software tweaks would make it better.
