Bought a coffee table and side table in February. On the site it stated they would be in stock mid March. Then I find out it will not be delivered until April 7. Next surprise is the base of the side table is not available until beginning of March. Now I find out that they have the base but not the top. While talking to customer service they told me they would waive one of the delivery fees. What the ***, why would there be 2 delivery fees if the products were supposed to ship together. If you want nice furniture and bad service this is the company for you.

Same experience as hundreds of others, we were charged several thousand dollars upfront last October for a couch. Estimated delivery was January, then February, then March, then April, now JUNE. That’s eight months and counting for something we had to pay for in advance. Customer service has been downright rude to me, if they even bother to respond at all. Such a frustrating experience, and we have no recourse since it’s non-refundable and we used a C&B credit card.

Ordered 3 pieces of furniture in December. Original delivery mid February, then end February, then mid March, then end march now no date at all. Meanwhile Crate & Barrel is earning interest on all of our deposit money which includes prepaid shipping. I would never buy from C&B again. UPDATE: Notified items are in local warehouse and it will take 23 DAYS to ship the final 25 miles. Really?

I wish i could give minus . The order shipdate keeps moving one week and now its 2.5months. Wow. And now they say one week, i am like is it guaranteed. The agent says no. And i am like why do u even say the date when u r not even sure

I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service department is non existent. they sent me bowls that arrived broken. I cannot reach a human being. I cut my hand on one of the bowls and they want ME TO PAY to package up the broken glass and return. Never again. they lost a potentially good customer today

We ordered a couch and the order detail said it was going to ship within 7-10 business days. We were going to get a custom cloth but the sales rep at the store told us it would take longer, more like months for it to ship so we decided to get the color that was in stock. Originally we were supposed to get in December but they emailed saying we were going to receive it in March. Come March we received an email that we were going to receive it April. Okay fine, just one more month...yesterday we get an email that we won't be receiving it until June and who knows if that date is actually going to happen. It's also a little frustrating when they already withdrew 50% for the couch from our account but we can't seem to get our couch shipped. If you want to delay shipping it okay but please don't hold my money hostage as well. Normally when an item ships, that's when the customer should be charged. And when we get on the phone with customer service they keep blaming it on Covid and they're very rude and dismissive. I am disappointed because I thought a company like this would have better customer service and really try and take care of their customers.

i was gifted dishes from here which were poorly packed by C&B. many, if not most were shattered by the time they arrived at my place. luckily C&B has great customer service and I was sent out new plates every time. excellent quality products, they just need to improve on their packing.

This company USED to be good. I would buy housewares and accessories from them all the time and everything was fine but recently their quality has taken a sharp decline. I gave it three starts because a long time ago, I would have given it 5 but because of the way things have been going because of them...
