Purchased kitchen island with delivery date “mid May”. Then got pushed to 5/28. NOW it’s 6/18 with no explanation, I just found that out by checking my account. They charged me about $500 for 1/2 of the cost of the item so I will be paying for something I don’t have. If I had known it would be June (and I’m sure that will change) I would never have purchased it. Held for 40 on customer “service” line, no one responded on “chat” line so that’s bogus, Sent a text, so far no response. I would give them 0 stars if I could, and once this mess gets corrected I will never buy anything from them again. HORRIBLE customer service. Go to West Elm. I wish I would have.

AVOID Crate & Barrel-Deer Park, IL .. Alyssa the acting manager’s rude behavior was unacceptable . She showed her rudeness side to her colleagues and customer such as myself and that only hurt their business. I shouldn’t even give them 1-star. You were right, Alyssa “I took my business to Williams-Sonoma”. Very good advice on your part. CB2 Corporation: Your policy is based on your authority and not by science. It’s time.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Terrible customer service attitude and delivery. First of all, no confirmation emails regarding in-home delivery, only a call from customer service. The customer service lady has a thick accent so I tried to confirm what she said, she yelled "yes" then hung up on me. What's more, the delivery never arrived! They called me 2 days later (I tried to reach customer service in the meantime but waited 30 mins then got hung up) saying the local store will call me they don't have info regarding my order. I waited for a week the store never called so I called them, they told me it's an online order they have no way of retrieving that information. I had to jump through alot of hoops to have that order canceled. P.S. I waited on that order for 6 full months, when I ordered the estimated delivery date was within 2 months. The delivery date kept getting pushed back without any notice.

I have brought two different wine glasses and they are beautiful to look at but the quality of them is garbage! My dollars store wine glasses are the best and last for a life time. Crate and Barrel glasses which I have brought 4 and I only have one left because they break just by pouring wine in them. I will never spend over 100 bucks again on 4 crate and barrel wine glasses again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their product is good, but they have messed up every order placed. Delivery is slow. I hope that others can find another furniture store.

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They lie, cheat and never deliver the furniture. After ordering $9,000 worth of furniture in February, we have been treated horrifically. They lie endlessly, don't show up, don't deliver and then want to keep charging you and treat you like garbage. We have had dozens of conversations with them. They are untrustworthy. Too bad as furniture is nice! We also ordered a couple of pieces from West Elm- GREAT EXPERIENCE. Use West Elm. Comparable quality. They treat customers well.

Purchased 4 chairs on the C&B card. No issues getting approved, although credit limit was a bit low. Purchased chairs in January. Still haven’t received the chairs, and low and behold, my rewards (that I didn’t even know I had received because of all of the JUNK mail I get from C&B) are expired. So, took a hit on my credit, for a perk I wasn’t even able to use. And I had to cancel part of the order because a part of the chairs I ordered is on backorder until July, and was told “we can’t guarantee that they will arrive in July”. I understand that there are supply chain shortages around the world due to Covid, but I’ve been waiting 4 and a half months for 2 chair cushions. In that time, I could have learned how to make chair cushions and made them myself. I had to call the store to figure out what was going on with the order because the website just said that my order status was “processing” - not really sure how that is a helpful message. And with the credit card - I know it’s managed by synchrony bank, not crate and barrel, but they could at least train the sales people to communicate the benefits clearly and transparently. Honestly, the quality of the items isn’t really that great, and there are more options out there if you just take the time to look. I gave 1 star because when I called customer service, it was actually not a terrible experience.
