I got married in November of 2020 and we did a wedding registry with them in September. As of today there is still stuff on backorder for orders placed over 5 months ago. If you are ever able to get a hold of someone you just get the run around and they can`t even tell you when things are back in stock. How can a stupid handmixer or cookware or a wooden ladle (to name a few) be out for that long? And please C&B, please don`t give me stupid answer of Covid-19. That doesn`t work anymore after such a long time. Where possible I told my peeps to cancel if they can and get things from Williams And Sonoma or Room and Board. I just gifted a $100 giftcard that I received to a close friend of mine so I don`t have to go to there store anymore. I`m so done with them!

Terrible. They post a number to "text" to get an answer re order status. That goes unanswered (after 5 attempts). I had to physically go to the store to try to get answers. After an initial run around, a kind employee offered to try to see what was going on. They said the order is "in process" but nothing more they can tell me. I asked them to call someone. They do not have any of those contacts at the store, they say!!! IF THEY CAN'T CALL, THEN WHO COULD!!! NOT HAPPY WITH CRATE AND BARRELL. AND THEY GENERALLY DO NOT CARE.

“We can’t process your payment”. I used PayPal. I’ve never had a prob with PayPal. I ipad ate the payment info. Yet, it’s sill listed as “on hold” and asks me to contact customer service. I’ve been listening to their music for 20 minutes now. I’m nearly Olympic level at online shopping. I’ve never seen such a terrible app that is counterintuitive. Not have I seen such a bad payment system set up. I will likely just cancel and use Amazon.

Their inventory is so mismanaged, they lie to you about delivery and availability. Their customer service reps are trained to avoid your questions - this company will go out of business soon. Horrific exerience. Shop at Room and Board if you actually want good quality, customer service and reliable information.

I ordered a snoozer and storage for my nursery early December and they kept sending me email delays first said March then April and now MAY! When the baby is already due. So frustrated with an expensive store to be terrible with shipping. Never ordering again.

Bought a sofa, had to wait 2 months and they keep delay over delay over delay. When you get them on the phones they blame everyone, COVID, shipment company, delivery guys you name it. They said "ho sorry we will call you back" but never calling back. I suggest you to run and don't spend even 1$ with these guys, they are a joke. When you come to buy in the store they are nice but moment you place your order, forget about any service and get lots of lies.

I ordered a couch from Crate and Barel believing that the price-quality ratio is the correct one. Wrong! The couch came much later than the store representative told me when I ordered it. In addition, the material of the seats was too loose a d the color of the couch was the wrong one. This is the quality of a couch for which I paid almost $4,000. I contacted the store from where I bought the couch and they told me that one of the seats will be replaced. They gave me an estimate time of 2-3 weeks which already passed. I called them again to ask what is the status of my order and the store representative told me that I have to wait 4 more weeks!!! Very disappointed about the quality and customer service. One star, this is all Crate and Barel deserves!

The product was on backorder until early January. It's now the end of January and still no word about it. Their customer service is also very difficult to get a hold of, and they often don't have answers.
