Hi Gary, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when the canvas doesn’t lay flat, especially when you're excited to begin your painting. While many of our customers have success with unrolling and gently flattening the canvas—or using a warm iron on low heat with a protective cloth—it’s clear this didn’t work for you, and we’re sorry it caused such inconvenience. We also offer pre-stretched and mounted canvas options for those who prefer a ready-to-paint surface, and we're always working on improving the quality and presentation of our kits. We’d love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll do our best to offer a solution that works for you. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us grow and better serve our community. 💛
