Haven't received the item. Long postage tomes
I ordered this item 8 days ago for my friend visiting for a little craft to do together. The website looks like it's based in the UK but when I ordered the order went through as dollars. It's been 8 days and the tracking still shows the item being in china. It's not moved at all. Very disappointed considering I spent a considerable amount of money on this.

Quality is great
Quality is great, and really enjoy this new hobby! I wish the shipping process was faster, and they didn’t supply enough paint, so I had to reorder a couple of the colors…

Will order again in the future!
To be honest, I was really nervous when I placed the order and then went and read reviews about people not getting orders and the tracking starts in China. Let's be honest - seeing that means the tracking will take WEEKS. However I placed my order on 4/23 in the hopes it would make it in time for Mothers Day (the range I was given was 5/7-5/15) and it made it in time! I got my order on May 9th (you get updates along the way). The quality is great, instructions on how to mark everything is clear, I can't wait to finish the painting!

Really disappointed with my order
Really disappointed with my order. It came almost 3 weeks late, even after paying for fast delivery. I requested a refund well before it arrived but they didn't respond at all. After requesting again, they responded with a generic email that didn't actually respond to my request... They said it wasn't resellable but it's their most popular painting and not even opened so just overall - a poor service. Can't speak for the quality of the product as it hasn't been opened. Just wish I had the money back and went for one of their competitors. Will definitely next time.

Paid for my order and it never arrived.
Paid for my order and it never arrived - the estimated arrival date just keeps getting postponed. Wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering - don't deal with this company!

My rating is 4 stars due to the canvas…
My rating is 4 stars due to the canvas and reference sheet's faint lines and numbers, which are tough to follow. Enhancing the print clarity could solve this issue.
