Abolsute joke of a company
Do yourself a favour and just don't buy from this company. When you email them about the quality of the paint they will do their best to say it’s your problem, you need to purchase a paint mixer (for a paint by numbrs kit!?) then stop responding. These are available for half their prices on websites like Amazon. Avoid these jokers! Edit: see the time between review and reply and draw your own conclusion.

The quality of the paints in this kit is top-notch! The colors were rich and vibrant, and the finished painting looks absolutely stunning. I can't believe I did that myself! Crafty by Numbers really knows how to make quality products.

Excellent DIY paint kits
We ordered 3 different kits. One was a custom picture of our kids, and 2 of their landscape scenes. All of the pics came out great. Colors were spot on.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Our second child was due and I thought it would be a nice relaxing gift to enjoy into her final semester. It was also almost Xmas 2023. I paid the extra priority postage. To date have not received painting..! Paid over £100 to receive nothing! I have contacted their service team “Rosie” advised would not refund but would ship. Still waiting… tried to make contact on several channels I honestly think this is more scam than business..

I have completed SEVERAL paint by…
I have completed SEVERAL paint by numbers projects. I ordered from this site and should have canceled as soon as they listed a frame as an extra charge. How can you complete a painting when it’s not framed??? In addition to that, the paint brushes included in the kit are the cheapest I have ever seen. But the reason I am writing this review is because they send you about 25 paint pods and they are NOT numbered. After paying $45 and waiting almost a month for my purchase to arrive, I had to use a color chart that does not match the color of the paint pods. If you mess up on labeling the pods, your project will be ruined! This company is charging extra to frame your painting and can’t even send you paint pods that are numbered!!!
