Karla really helped me out with what I thought was a pretty complex problem. She walked me through a better way to achieve my needs and on a Friday afternoon of a three day weekend! Well done!

Horrible customer service. Purchased an at home sleep study, took well over a week to get consultation with telemedicine partner and only because I called. When I called to get sleep study update they didn't even know if I had study completed so they could ship equipment.

The only place to purchase your Cpap supplies. Customer service is excellent, prices are by far the best and they have everything you need in stock ready to ship out. Having to strap on a CPAP every night is bad enough, purchasing your supplies should not add to the hassle.

I just received a box packaged like a kindergartner from CPAP.com. What a train wreck. Absolutely NO packaging material whatsoever, one flimsy strip of tape across the seam which wasn't even stuck to cardboard, and an oversized box. All items inside were exposed and could have been easily removed from the box without disturbing the tape or having to further open the box. It was $194 worth of materials and could have been a $1000 CPAP machine and more durable medical equipment. I have photos but don't see any means of attaching them in this review.

The agent was *extremely friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable* on the products the company sells. Guided me step-by-step on what I needed and the comparisons between options. Definitely recommend this company for CPAP needs.

Professional, Quick, and nice sense of humor. I was able to get the CPAP machine and accessories I needed.

I called to check on an order I had placed for the first time and spoke to Camyatta. She helped me and even added some items I wanted but could not find online. She answered all my questions and is a wonderful customer service representative for your company. I answer phones all day and would love it if all my contacts were as pleasant and helpful as she is!
