For starters, I always call CPAP.COM to place my orders because they always get it right. And besides, I'm no medical expert and often need the advice of a human. Well, this time around I wasn't just ordering supplies, I needed to order a new machine. I did some research and felt pretty sure about what I was going to purchase. So, I called CPAP.COM, and after a short wait on hold a pleasant, clear and confident operator by the name of Urmi answered. She was very patient, answered all my questions, provided several suggestions and made me feel like their only customer! I never felt like I was being hurried off the call. In fact, I felt like I had Urmi's total focus the entire time I was on the call. I ended up with the auto-cpap I thought I was going to get. I also got the right battery backup device for the new machine, thanks to Urmi - something I never had before. I'm looking forward to always having power. I can't say enough about Urmi and CPAP.COM. Bought DreamStation Go May 31st. When it arrived I opened it so I could take it for set up. Set up delayed awaiting Dr. review of pressure levels. Machine NEVER used. Plastic still on machine. I had discarded the box. Recall happened one week after I received it. Because package had been opened they would not take it back because they "couldn't resell it". This was not an ordinary return request. It was because of the recall on equipment I had in my possession for barely a week. I think this company is extremely dishonorable and really has no concern for its clients..

After placing a very expensive order and finding no tracking information available I tried to reach a rep by phone, text, email, chat and contact form. Chat lines were always down and multiple tries by phone were unsuccessful even after being on hold for 20+ minutes. Email and contact form communication was not returned. Finally I got through to a nice representative by phone, who sent me another tracking number. Then I found my order had been shipped by the notoriously slow Smartpost, and that it will be two weeks before it reaches me. I will not be buying from cpap.com again.

The friendly service that I received from Camyatta actually made it fun to order the supplies I needed.😀

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Unfortunately, I did not write down the name of the lady that handled my call. But she was very professional and kind; she really knows what customer service is. Very pleased with the call and they way the handled my order.

As a long time customer I'm alarmed that my order placed 5/22/2021 has no tracking information and the phones are not being answered. Is CPAP.com still in business????

I tried to call customer service on a Friday 11AM CST multiple times and no answer. I also tried to use the chat and it said chat not available. I then used the text option and someone responded that they wanted to help. I asked why cannot I not call someone or use the chat and no response.

Camyatta was very personable, knowledgeable, prefessional and patient. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. If I were responsible for a customer service operation, I would not hesitate to hire her. Excellent job!
