I called CPAP.com today to get assistance at replacing my recalled Phillips machine. Daryl C provided me with suggestions on a comparable ResMed machine that met my doctor's order. Then, he patiently walked me through the process to provide him with the order, gather the shipping and payment information. He was both pleasant and helpful. We completed the transaction in one call, and then he emailed me with the verification that the order was shipping out today.

Kyria C was most helpful getting managing my Cpap machine order. My second call relating to an apparent missing RX and how to access my CAP.COM password was also handled in a most professional and expedition way.
