Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Bought the Nantucket Towels from Cozy Earth and we LOVE them! We had some issues with fraying on the blue set, reached out to customer service, was notified of their warranty, submitted a claim and they replaced the whole set! Very happy with their product and how they stand behind it!

I recently had to contact customer support with a return issue. They were so polite and refunded my return even though it was past the return deadline. Fast, efficient and kind service

I had a problem with one of my Lux bath towels. I contacted them and within a day they had shipped and sent me 2 new ones at no charge. I could not of asked for more. I highly recommend the towels and this company. They stand behind there products and they have high quality.

Perfect place to shop! Love Cozy Earth! The sheets are amazing!

Service was great but sheets do not stay on! They slide off every morning.

They stand behind their quality and I was able to get a replacement for a rip in my duvet. It came very quickly and the communication was very responsive

Greatest Quality I was listening to Candace Owen's podcast, and she promoted cozy earth for a while. One day my husband asked to buy white bed sheets that not gonna make us hot while sleeping. So I decided to give it a try, we have already a month using them, love love love it. Yesterday my husband mentioned and thanked for for the bedsheets, that make us feel so cozy in the bed, not overheating. Worth it every penny.

We have had a great experience with our cozy earth sheets. We loved them so much we bought another set right away. The sheets are very comfortable and we don't sleep nearly as hot. We have had two situations with small rips in the sheets. The customer service stood by their promise both times and immediately replaced them with no strenuous effort on our part. The customer service alone has gained your company a customer for life.
