Excellent service from an excellent company

LOVE this company! I have almost all their products because I can’t get enough! I was skeptical at first and wondered if their products could make that much of a difference but I’m so sold now! Their shirts and joggers are the first thing my hand reaches for in the closet because I love the soft feel of the fabric that somehow isn’t flimsy! That’s a huge deal for me! And for my girls out there, the joggers have REAL pockets! Deep enough to actually put a phone in, plus a pocket in the back! I had over 7 pairs of joggers in my closet but after getting the cosy earth ones I’ll never need to buy another because they’re all I want to wear! But if you’re gunna buy something it has to be the sheets! I have trouble sleeping at night but the sheets and pillowcase have actually made a noticeable difference! It never gets too hot or cold, I no longer have to flip the pillow over to find the colder side, and it’s incredibly soft and smooth. Would definitely recommend. It’s worth the money and lives up to the hype

Great customer service!

I Emailed asking about 2 different orders. The response only addressed one of the orders. Today I received the pajamas (the order that was addressed) and they seem wonderful- soft, great quality etc. I would have rated the PJs a 5, I rated my experience a 3 because I still have no clue about my other order that was placed 3 1/2 weeks ago.

My king top sheet began to fray on the border. I spoke to customer service, sent photos of my issue, and just received a replacement sheet. We love our Cozy Earth sheets, and appreciate the company standing by its warranty.

I was a little skeptical about this bedding because I thought that the price was very high, but I went ahead and ordered a bottom sheet because I was curious about it and believed in the sustainability idea. Needless to say, since I have given this company 5 stars, I now have pillow cases, duvet cover, and my most recent order- an all season comforter. I will never buy anything else. And the customer service is impeccable.
