Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

These sheets are truly an experience! When you wash them, they only get better. They are luxuriously soft and keep me cool when I sleep.. Had to buy another set because I'm never going back to my old sheets!

Simply the best! I had an exchange to be made-the customer service could not have been nicer! The fabric is absolutely dreamy! I look forward to future purchases with Cozy Earth!!!

I still have not received my ""Mother's Day" sheets that I ordered. I was looking forward to trying out these amazing sheets due to the reviews I read on their website. Unfortunately the ship date listed was 5 weeks ago and I received 1 email that said there was a computer software glitch and my items would be delayed. Finally, I called and was told they were back ordered and were still a month away from being delivered. I understand that there have been orders exceeding there expectations and that the shipping from overseas has been delayed. What I get upset with, is that daily I receive emails from them to order additional products, all promising discounts and deliveries by memorial day, father's day..... I think you need to stop the madness of the discounts and delivery advertising when obviously you are not able to meet these needs. This is just leading to upset customers and will ruin any reputation of the product. When I see a new text or email asking me to buy, it just reminds me I have never gotten the sheets I ordered in April. Order number. 270976

I would like to commend Spencer and Mary S. from the support team. Both of them were very knowledgeable about Cozy Earth products They were very helpful in answering my questions about my orders. They replied write away to my emails and I was surprised how quick their response were. I strongly believe Cozy Earth is very lucky having employees like Spencer and Mary S. Thank you so much Spencer and Mary S. for your excellent service. A very happy senior citizen. Dr. E. D. Natividad

Revising my original review after the excellent customer service provided by Spencer M. He was extremely helpful in remedying the situation with the unsatisfactory product. Fantastic customer service.

Buyer beware! Took advantage of their Mothers Day deal 10 days prior to the holiday. After receiving no response for 6 days I contacted the company. They responded that they have a systems error and the item would be shipped in the current week. I asked the item be canceled as I was not confident I would get prior to Mothers Day. They informed me it was to late to cancel but they would give me a discount. After numerous emails back and forth and them stating the item was going to be shipped in the next couple days 3 times. I got the items 4 weeks late. I then was informed the discount would only be $10 or I have to ship the item back. I have received spam text and emails daily. Luckily I ordered the same items from a similar company and received the items in time for Mothers Day. They were much higher quality. Found out they were having "System Issues" for month prior. Please read the reviews prior to ordering, I wish I would have.

Follow up to my previous messages. I received a call from a very nice gentleman “Spencer” on Thursday May 20th explaining the delay. Spencer offered me pillow cases for the inconvenience I had experienced. I did not except the offer as I didn’t think it was necessary but thought it was very nice of him to offer. I finally received my package on Saturday May 22nd. Thank you for the follow up Spencer. I would like to suggest that Cozy Earth should follow up with their customers orders before, we the customers get upset about not knowing what is going on. I would also like to add the pyjamas are beautiful. Exactly what I was looking for.

They are horrible. Possibly the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. They take forever to reply back. They are so inconsistent. I was told I would receive a refund back to my credit card but instead, I receive store credit. If you try to speak to a representative in the chat room I wish you all the luck.
