Cozy Earth reached out and said duvet covered under warranty. Received new duvet last week. Kudos to Cozy Earth. Filling out warranty form online was a nuisance. Said could upload up to 5 pictures. Couldn't upload one. Spinning circle every time I tried and tried multiple times. Sent photo by email but asked to do online warranty. Finally said I was done. Pictures that were emailed were then accepted.

I must admit, I was hesitant to try Cozy Earth. Purchasing bedding is always an important decision especially as humans we spend on average a third of our life in bed. After the life-long search for the perfect sheet, my search has come to an end. Cozy Earth sheets are worth the hype through and through. Between the cooling effect (i'm usually a hot sleeper), and softness, I sleep like a King. A month after getting the sheets, I couldn't help myself and got the duvet cover. Worth every penny. They go together like peanut butter and jelly. Just when I thought I couldn't get any more thrilled with Cozy Earth, I gifted my wife a pair of PJs and treated myself to a pair of sweatpants and a lounge t shirt. Fast forward a few months and 2 PJ sets, 3 sweat pants, 2 lounge shirts, and one sweatshirt later, it's safe to say I'm slightly obsessed. Obsessed with living lavish in comfort is something I can't feel bad about. I recommend anyone on the fence to give their stuff a try. From someone who likes the finer things in life, I can safely say this is the crim della crim. Cheers

Bought the Lounge Tee & really love the comfort, fit & the style. Looks great with jeans, shorts, skirts or to sleep in. It's so comfy! Getting the shorts next. Then on to the lounge pants. It's good quality material & workmanship that will last. Use the size chart, its extra helpful. Customer service is awesome! Love it. Oprah's right! As always!

They boast sustainability but the process they use to create Bamboo Viscose is toxic - google it and read the articles. USA EPA banned production of Viscose from Bamboo over a decade ago, so companies like this go to other countries for production while still utilizing the same production method which releases toxic fumes and causes central nervous system damage. BOYCOTT EVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY IMPOSTERS!

Placed an order in may. Still has not been shipped. Was told 10 days ago that it would be shipped in a week and that the cargo ship that had to be re routed had been resolved and that my order would get to me soon. They’re still selling the product online and it’s in stock so is everyone else getting their orders but me? Why isn’t it listed as temporarily out of stock? And why have I been charged at order instead of at shipping because now I’ve paid for a product that has yet to even be sent to me. Ive called twice about the shipping updates and thought both times that surely it would be sent soon only to be given the run around. And while they’ve bought more time for themselves they haven’t given me any solid explanation or follow through.

I love the softness of Cozy Earth sheets and duvet cover. I do not like the fact that duvet cover bought just one year ago, only used during the summer with summer quilt has needed to be mended. The duvet has been washed 3 times by itself in a front load washing machine. Material at bottom has separated aprox 14" and looks like it will be an ongoing problem unless I take to a seamstress for machine stitching.

Frustrated Cozy Earth Customer I want to start by saying that I own a lot of Cozy Earth and I do love their products but I don't think I will be ordering anything in the future unless the business practices improve. One of the complaints I have is that can take weeks to months to receive items purchased. For example, my kids ordered me a sheet set several weeks prior to Mothers day and it was more than a month before they even received a tracking number so no gift until well after Mothers Day. My daughter asked for a sheet for her birthday I ordered it weeks ago and have yet to get even a tracking number. I did just recently receive an email stating "unfortunately your order has been delayed" but no estimate on when I might receive the item or explanation why. The email give me a 10% off my next purchase code which is not near enough. This happens almost every time I order and customer service basically non-existent you can never get through not even on chat. Another thing to be aware of is that the products are always 25% off but if you use a promo code then the cost of the item reverts back to the higher price. I had a promo code and I also had a gift card I wanted to use to pay for a pair of joggers. I have resigned myself to that fact I am only getting the discount on the higher price but when I wanted to use my gift card to pay for it. I contacted the customer service representative and was told I couldn't use a gift card with a promo code. What??? My daughter paid cash for the gift card why is this not excepted like cash? If you have Cozy points you can't use those either on the "sale" price or with a promo code. These are just a few examples of my frustrations and I am really disappointed because their stuff is so comfortable. Still waiting on Mothers Day gift. It is now June 29. I noticed on the website the items I ordered are in stock. Received a couple of different explanations as to why my order hasn't shipped. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues. Pretty fustrating when I get promotional emails all the time.
