I love how soft your products are, but I will not order from Cozy Earth again. The process was terrible. I was going to place my order one evening, but I needed a size. The next day the same item was $85 more. That is ridiculous!!! Items are advertized as a price, but when you try to buy them, the price is different (way more). Shipping is supposedly free, but you add some kind of mandatory crazy fee that jacks up the price even more. I hate the games - just want to make a choice based on a price without all the added nonsense. Always feel like I am getting ripped off. Sad b/c I love the products, but I'm done. Even to submit this review, they play games with my identity. Boo Cozy Earth!!!

The PJ's are so soft and the fabric feels luxurious. I am hoping they last a long time.

What can I say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews? Best pajamas, loungewear, tees, tanks ever! I'm addicted. Only Cozy Earth from now on. I only recently discovered Cozy Earth, but have bought quite a lot and everything is great! Yes, they're expensive, but YES they're worth it. Well made, high quality, and the viscose bamboo is unbelievably comfortable. They have great sales, so look for them.

Thought they were going to be the best. They feel great. They fit great, except in the waist. It’s not comfortable. Why do they sew in a thick elastic band and have a drawstring the elastic band made it uncomfortable. Sadly I will not purchase these again. I don’t want to feel the elastic when I’m relaxing

While I loved my first purchases, my second purchase did not go well, because I needed customer service and they were NOT helpful. I live overseas, and our items were shipping to an APO...they got stuck in the states... I called customer service twice... both times, they advised they would follow up with me directly, and DID NOT. Ultimately they told me to contact USPS, and if that didn't work, to call them back...Seriously??? Customer service for me, is more important than anything... your products may be nice, but your customer service needs work; especially with the amount of money these items cost. There is no excuse for bad customer service.

Have had Cozy Earth sheets for many years, they are wonderful! Had to get a second set!

Overall positive opinion about sheet material and feel, but issues with quality control and customer service. Ordered and received our first set of sheets and washed before use. Flat sheet had loose threads on the top before first use. Quality control fail. Customer service wanted photos of sheet/order/etc. Was told I could return and exchange at no expense. Received shipping label, but no confirmation of how the new sheet would be sent (after receipt of damaged sheet?). So, I ordered a new one with some additional pillow cases. Then the replacement sheet arrived. Also, their shipping company left our sheets in front of the garage, not our door, where we could grab them before the porch pirates this time of the year. And, I believe I was charged extra for some new delivery insurance plan, which is ridiculous. Would rather sign for sheets, which would insure they got to me, then pay for them to leave my items where someone else can grab them. I did complain to the company about all of these issues and their reply was appropriate. BUT, the sheets themselves are great. Hope they hold up. Time will tell.

I purchased 3 pairs of shorts for my family. One out of 3 kind of fit. They all run small. I requested a return and was told it was a final sale and am out of luck and am expected to lose over $100. Cozy Earth will neither refund or exchange. I did not see final sale at the time of purchase. I do not purchase final sale items especially when they are gifts, that makes absolutely no sense. Sandrah has been responding to my return request and has offered no reasonable remedy. Reputable retailers expect returns and exchanges during the holiday gift giving season. If this is Cozy Earth's hard policy, I recommend you not purchase from them unless you have money to lose.
