Overpriced bamboo clothing, sold at high end discount pricing. Quality appeared good but my sizing was off. After contacting costumer support was told no exchanges or returns on any sale pricing. Everything was sale pricing, what a rip and a total loss for the consumer. Beware!

The Cozy Earth eye masks were Valentine gifts to my teenagers. They have successfully overslept this week and are firm believers in this sleep aid.

My first order was the comforter and linen duvet cover set for my king size bed. First wash and duvet covers set almost fell apart. Many holes in it! (I washed it according to instructions). Fortunately, the customer service was excellent and took care of the refund for that. My second order was the bamboo viscose and I did not have any issues after washing it. The only thing it came out very wrinkled but it is really soft.

My husband and I love the new ribbed terry towels. They are soft, dry well, and envelope you after a shower. Definitely pleased with the purchase and see future gifts in the future.

The waffle bathrobe I purchased fell apart - the stitching came out on the pocket, and there are threads coming out all down the robe. I attempted to contact Customer Service by E-mail - twice - but nobody got back to me. Then I tried to call, but after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up and tried another way to return online. It said the item was not available for return, but that I could use some of the money to select another item. When I tried to do that, it took me right to the Purchase column, but the exchange price wasn't there. The $108 exchange price! Customer service finally responded but then did nothing! Don't make a mistake in order from these people!
