I was Disappointed…but their customer service was OUTSTANDING! Ethan Copley resolved my issue with super professionalism!
I purchased four sets of Waffle Bath Sheets…two separate orders (3 + 1). Two of the towels had/have snags. One small and one long. I have not washed them and am disappointed since the towels are so expensive and I would expect a better quality assurance process.

Not as pictured
The duvet cover I ordered was not as pictured. I can’t use it because the color does not like good and I can’t return it because it was a final sale. The comforter was very thin. It felt more like a blanket.

Terrible quality they do not last
Terrible quality they do not last. I literally have had the duvet cover and sheet set for 2 weeks. The duvet has already ripped and is pilling and the fitted sheet is also pilled. I’ve paid $100 for a sheet set and duvet cover that have lasted me years and I paid $387 for cozy earth when they aren’t even lasting past a month… wild

We ordered sheets and a pair of women's…
We ordered sheets and a pair of women's pajamas from Cozy Earth based on a friend's recommendation. They came just as promised and are beautiful. My wife loves the pajamas. The only thing is, after making a purchase from Cozy Earth, be prepared for a ton of emails from them trying to get you to buy more stuff. All in all, they have very nice sheets and pajamas.

Cozy Earth is stated as a high end quality product with a guarantee on "Urban View" SiriusXM. Now I can factually say this is so true after I received my first purchase this week. I love my bath towels.
