Misleading Discount Codes - I purchased a set of sheets from Cozy Earth and liked them. A couple months later I received a marketing postcard in the mail signed by Tyler H, the company’s CEO, offering me a 40% discount code with no stipulations. I got on the website and immediately was asked to give my email and phone number for an immediate $50 off any order in exchange for agreeing to receive marketing texts and emails. I signed up and then proceeded to try to order a set of king size bamboo sheets. The order would not process, it would not allow me both the $50 off and the 40% the CEO had promised me. A couple days later I Decided to call their customer service number to place my order. I was told by both an employee (and later a manager) that not only would they not allow me to ‘stack’ (ie. use both the 40% discount and the $50 off), but they would not order they would not honor even the pure 40% discount based on the stated price of the sheet set which was $351.20. They instead told me that the sheets are already 20% off and therefore I could only have another 20% off. They wanted approximately $270 for the sheet sets. Which in the end was very little discount. I believe this is disingenuous marketing, and bait & switch tactic. I will not order from this company again unless they make good on what they actually offered.

I'd like to clarify a few points regarding our discount policies: Stacking Discounts: As a general policy, we do not allow stacking of discount codes. This means that only one discount code can be applied per order. This policy helps us manage our promotions more effectively and continue to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. Existing Discounts: If a product is already on sale, additional discount codes will apply to the original price minus the current sale discount. For example, if an item is 20% off and you have a 40% discount code, the 40% discount will apply to the already reduced price, not the original price. We understand that this policy may not have been clearly communicated on the postcard you received, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
