Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

It's not like other brands where you get your order and you wonder if it was worth it, it 100% is and once you go with bamboo sheets or first layer pajamas or cityscape sweats or basically anything they sell, you'll never go back to anything else. It's so many peoples' favorite brand for a reason. I wear their stuff constantly and get compliments constantly. Also have never slept better than I have with their bedding.

Great product! I'm a picky sleeper and their product is truly soft and comfortable. It will be the only company I'll got to for beddings. Their customer service is the best I've experienced so far. Easy and helpful! No questions asked!

I recently received an order of bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth, and one of the sheets had a slight discoloration. I contacted customer service, and they handled the issue promptly and resolved it immediately. I was extremely impressed with how responsive, courteous, and accommodating they were. The level of customer service was truly beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers.

Was missing a pillow case in my order and they sent a new set (no questions asked). Great company who values their customers satisfaction and stands by their products… wonderful quality and a must buy if anybody cares about better quality sleep!

DO NOT BUY - BUYER BEWARE. Bought $800 worth of merchandise. I returned the merchandise via UPS. The package is lost. I've called the carrier and was told I am not the customer. I have sent 3 emails to Cozy Earth and they wont refund the package. I dont have the merchandise. Supervisor called and said they could not refund the merchandise because they dont have the package. I said the carrier lost it and they need to call. He said 'no, we cannot refund the money'. Also they charge a return re-stocking fee. This is the worst retailer I've done business with. BUYER BE WARE.

Had a small issue with an item and was able to get it taken care of immediately. I recommend their sheets and clothes to all my friends and family. I especially love my Cuddle Bubble blanket that my husband gave me last year as a Christmas gift. Everyone should have one. The customer service is top notch. I signed up for the membership as the benefits are amazing. I love this place. I hope they keep adding new items to their brand!

Customer service responded as soon as hours opened up and resolved my problem. Very fast response and great customer service!

I had difficulty with the website and as a result, I missed out on a substantial discount (45%). I emailed the company and they made it right. They applied the 45% discount to my two previous orders and issued a refund for the difference.
