Wow! I am so impressed as always with Cozy Earth. I love the quality of their products. I have pillows, sheets, and Jammies. Recently, I submitted a warranty request on a Sunday and didn’t expect a response until Monday or Tuesday. They responded and managed my claim within 30 minutes!!! Crazy amazing support. You not only pay for quality but confidence in knowing you’ve made a safe and secure investment in a good nights sleep.

I used to be a loyal Cozy Earth customer and appreciated the quality of the products and the customer service I received when I called. That experience has changed. I’ve called repeatedly and haven’t been able to reach a representative I can easily communicate with. I asked for a callback from a U.S.-based representative, but no one called me. When I contacted Cozy Earth by email, I was told that a U.S.-based representative isn’t available. I’m also unhappy with the two pairs of Everywhere pants I bought, one navy and one black. The elastic in both waistbands twists and bunches up, even when I try to straighten it, making the pants very uncomfortable. I rarely wear them because of this. Between the product problem and the customer service experience, I’m disappointed in how far Cozy Earth has fallen from the company I used to enjoy buying from.

Cozy Earth is the only company we buy bedding from for 5 years now, and we live in Canada Toronto. The quality of the bed sheets is the best! Lately I found out their customer service is first class too!

I spend way too much money at Cozy Earth and that’s okay. The service is impeccable and the products are outstanding. When I want to send a meaningful gift that nails it, I send Cozy Earth. I’m a member of their little shopping club and thank God, because I get 20% credit on purchases and that goes a long way. I also get promotional items that are always fun. I got a handwritten note from the CEO with a 40% off code before the holidays last year and that prompted my husband to ask how much we are spending at Cozy Earth, which is admittedly a lot. I girl mathed my answer and made it sound like Cozy Earth is paying me money (I mean really, I’m getting 20% back)! If you’re on the fence, just buy it. They have a great return policy and a painless warranty process, which I’ve rarely had to use, because they have only the highest quality products. Worth every penny!!!

I made a mistake with my order and reached out to customer service for assistance. Sheina got back to me promptly and helped me even after I made another mistake. She was patient, responsive and so very helpful. Everything got taken of quickly!
