I’ve become a cozy earth junkie
I’ve become a cozy earth junkie and once I have an obsession I cannot stop. But believe me when I say every single item from their brand is amazing. My bed feels like a cloud every night I sleep in it

While I absolutely love Cozy Earth’s…
While I absolutely love Cozy Earth’s product, their customer service and business practices need a complete overhaul. In my opinion and own personal experience I feel they engage in bait and switch sales tactics. They are not transparent in regards to the membership rules and worst of all do not follow up to resolve issues or complaints. I have placed several orders simply because I love the bedding and clothing. Unfortunately I can no longer support their marketing trickery.

The Pampered Life
We used to comment when the sheets had been washed, that they were scratchy and not comfortable. Now we enjoy the softness of our "Cozy Earth" sheets. And, they are so easy to put on the mattress, with their very deep pockets. Every detail seems to have been thought of! We just bought our second set of sheets and a comforter for our new guest room. Looking forward to pampering our friends and family!

Cozy Earth is the best!!
This company and it's employees are the best. I bought 2 sets of sheets to be delivered to my friend in Carmel by the Sea, where there are no street addresses, P O Box only and I thought the shipment was being sent UPS, with street location shown, they know her location. Order was refused by the PO and returned to C E. I called C E and they sent a complete new order to her. That's the way C E takes care of their customers. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD!!

Do not trust the reviews!
Ordered the standard sized silk pillow after sampling a friend’s king size one year prior; the filling in the pillow I ordered is inadequate, and the pillow flattens when I lay my head on it. There is a dent in the center that does not go away no matter how hard I try to fluff it. The pillow, which I purchased about five months ago for $300, continues to become flatter by the week. Left a two star review and they automatically changed it to five stars. Apparently, according to Reddit, this has happened before. Customer service is not responding. Their marketing is insanely aggressive. It is now 6pm and I have already received six separate text messages from them.

Hey Nicole, Thank you so much for leaving the feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that this has been happening with your pillow. I am sorry to hear about the experiences with marketing and customer service. I will reach out to our perspective teams on this. I will also make sure our customer service team is aware, and that they respond to you. Please reach out if you need anything else, and I will make sure that you are taken care of. Ethan
