Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

The quality is superb. I’be had a sweat shirt for several years and it never shrunk and looks brand new. I bought a couple of matching sweatpants & sweatshirts because they couldn’t be softer & more comfortable. The small fits perfectly, and the M is looser. I’m 5’ and 117 lbs.

Recently relocated and was told that it would take a while for our furniture to arrive. So we ordered waffle towel set from Cozy Earth. The 2 largest towels are snagged multiple times on the waffle side. Would have been easier and less of a hassle to just go to Walmart. At least there we could have selected towels that met the price. Yes we can return them but the hassle of standing on a line in December is not anything that any of us want to do. Oh and there is that fee to return items that will cost more than 2 towels from Costco or Walmart. Below is a response from the manufacturer. What they say is not true. I’m forced to go 14 miles each way to return an item that is in poor condition. Again, this is one of those companies that want you to leave this great service but they do not. I purchased the product that I thought I was going to receive at 100%. Instead, I’ve gotta drive 28 miles purchase a box and purchase tape only to get the same lousy product. Cozy Earth is just that- sooo cozy. Fabulous customer service and exceptional products. We just keep buying more!

Bought new duvet cover and 4 pillowcases in the We Made Too Much sale. They do indicate the sales are final. What they do not tell you is that these products are seconds or have known defects. The products we bought started falling apart after less than two months (laundered exactly as instructed by Cozy Earth). The response from customer service was, sorry - you knew you could not return this.

Fast shipping and great items! The towels are to die for! I wish we could afford to have CE towels in every one of our bathrooms. :)

Every item I’ve received from Cozy Earth is on my favorites list. Best fabrics!! Best fit! Sooo comfy!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I bought two different blankets. Both are good quality, lightweight and give just enough warmth. Do I feel they are worth the cost? No, and I ordered them when they were "45% off!"

I love the bamboo sheets. Now I am spoiled for any other sheets!!
