Took 60 dollars without my permission! I made a one of voluntary payment it then took another payment a few days later if 60 dollars and they refused to refund it, contact your bank or credit card

They scammed me out of an unwanted "lifelong membership" when asking to confirm my ten year old account by giving them my credit card details. At no point I was informed I was buying anything, nor given a choice of options to buy, nor shown any prices... So low! Never again

They keep taking £13 out of my account every year even though I've tried to cancel before. I logged on today to try and cancel my account but I'm not allowed to access my profile until I've paid a donation fee.

I loved this website, I used it many times and I was able to make great friends with the help of CS community. But how come suddenly they start asking money for sth that was created based on friendship. What CS community brings is totally different from airbnb or other similar sites. I think they didnt stick to their goal and it was really disappointing

SCAM! They ask you to create an account, collect personal data and then ask you to pay a monthly/yearly subscription

Couchsurfing... Is horrible. Cant recommend what so ever. The people on ot are freeloaders The hosts are perververts The local community is low key nationalist and rasist :D I will be relying on airbnb ..
