hooks up with the ipad very quickly. keyboard very nice to use only issue is i dropped the case and the corner of the case is cracked and so is the screen of ipad.

Great product and no flaws

I purchased one of their cases for my IPad Air 2, and noticed that one of the keys was malfunctioning. It wasn’t even a major issue. I’d have to tap it a couple times for the key to register, and I wasn’t even going to worry about it. Cooper Cases had a replacement sent to me within a couple days, and the new one works beautifully. They went above and beyond what was expected, and for that, I’d recommend them 100%.

The covercase is very useful. The grade is comfortable. The bluetooth keyboard writes very well. The costumer care is very kind and prompt and opportune. I'm sorry for my bad english!

Fits my tablet perfectly. Worked straight out of the box. Very happy.

I am typing this review on my cooper case and keyboard. I am in the Medical Device Business and find myself in physician offices and hospital operating rooms. The company provides I pad's and a robust package of proprietary software for our Apple products. I own my own I phone 7, I pad mini, Mac Book Pro's 2011 and 2017. I don't have a problem with OSX. I type 50 words a minute. I was hoping for MacBook like experience from cooper cases. I wasn't able to purchase the full metal case. They don't make it anymore of not for this product. Being one of the more expensive choices on the market. I contacted the company before purchasing for due diligence and to discuss my choices. I linked to other third party videos. I wish I could put 5 stars, but I can't. Customer service is answers questions through email. It is slow. They send other links that don't answer questions. The strangest thing is thing is that my space bar sometimes brings up emoji's. I don't know how or why. My Mac books is more efficient for typing because of the larger keypad and a wired connection. I believe the blue tooth connection leads to some strange handshake type errors. I have had issues since day one. I may request a refund, but don't have a better solution. Maybe the keypad knows I am writing about it. It is working perfectly for this critique. The bottom of this cover is very smooth. I am trying out some different pads to provide a little more grip. The cover wants to slide off my pants (working in my lap) or on tables. I want to love this case, but I don't. Maybe it could grow on me if the emoji thing goes away or I discover why it happens.

Not satisfied with the color of the item received. Was given chance to return item for full refund. But, afraid I would not be able to find a replacement.
