Poor Design of Case.

I purchased this bluetooth tablet keyboard folio leather case that was adjustable for various tablet sizes up to 8 inches and was secured by using a claw that would stretch. It did keep my tablet secure, but what it also did was add a point of pressure on the tablet screen that could be damaged easily if a bit of pressure was applied. I kept my tablet in my bag always, and I had always been careful with my devices. On a recent trip, I took my tablet out of the bag and saw that my screen had cracked in half. The originating crack came from one of the claws on the case. It's poorly made, and the rubber that was on the claw isn't enough to save the screen. Buyers beware.

Dear Jeremiah Rocha, Please accept my sincere apologies for this situation. We take complaints of this nature very seriously. The case which you ordered is universally designed to fit a variety of 7 to 8 inch tablets. Based on our experience, manufacturers of the tablets are very liberal in their approach and call both 8.1" and 8.7" tablet an "8 inch". Unfortunately, this is not always a correct description. If a tablet is larger than the standard 8", it's possible that this case was not the best fit for it and it put too much stress on the claws holding the tablet. We keep a detailed database of most of the tablets available globally, to be able to estimate if a specific tablet will fit our case. In case of any doubts, I recommend contacting our Customer Support to provide the exact model of your device and we will be happy to double check the product fit for you. If you would be so kind as to contact our support team and provide the exact model of your device, we will investigate the issue to make sure it never occurs in the future. If the model which you chose was not a good fit for your tablet, we will be happy to offer you a more suitable replacement free of charge. Thank you for your patience.
