Delivery was slow and outside of the window ordered. Once eventually dispatched, the item was received within 3 days. Because the item was lot dispatched until around 10 days after my order being placed (and money taken) I attempted to contact coopercases 3 times, once through web chat, once via email and finally via form submission on their website. I received silence and still do not know what caused the delays or if this is normal.

I purchased the 360 stand. I love the design. Unfortunately when I extend the arms upright and place my phone on the holder, the unit folds down. There is no way to adjust or tighten the arms so that it remains in an upright position.

Really disappointed in this company for not having stock when they first took my money. If you have stocking issues with your 9" Universal Tablet Holder then make it known on your site. The only reason I gave 3-stars was because my money was refunded. Will not look at you again to purchase a tablet cover.

My name is not Kay. I ordered 2 cases and expected them to be shipped as one order in the same box but you split the order and I have not received the second case. If the issue was about the colour that I ordered not being available in Canada someone should have reached out to me and discussed another colour option.

Thanks for sharing your comments with our community. Your order was fulfilled from our Canada warehouse (both items). Unfortunately, this is a very difficult season when it comes to logistics. One of your items was delivered 3 days after your order, and the other is still in transit. We use Amazon fulfillment services to ship to our customer locally. Amazon has different warehouse to be able to fulfill orders based on availability and location, this process is automatic. shipping was fast but the package was BEAT UP!!! no bubble packaging. The tab key was broken. I fortunately had another keyboard that I had purchased a couple of years ago from Cooper cases and was able to switch them out.

Thought the screen cover was built -in as opposed to sliding in yourself. Needed one that cannot be removed by child. Same one can be bought elsewhere for much less.

This was my second case, the first one served well for several years. Unfortunately, with this second case the iPad holder arrived unglued from the ring holder. This was disappointing, but fixable. This remains the only ringed notebook style for iPad mini that is functional, yet professional looking that I have found at a reasonable price. It would be preferred to have a more conventional ring system in order to to use other add-ins. The shipping was extremely slow, and I am the sure heat during shipping played a part in the iPad holder falling off.
