Too much requirements to to return the…
Too much requirements to to return the wrong size case I should just be able to return it without taking pictures before I cann return the case. I wanted a case for the iPad Air , when I receive the case it was for the iPad mini. I simply think I could return it back with the invoice enclosed plus the barcode. But it is not as simple as I thought

Amazing Customer Service!
I wanted to write about the customer service. I ordered a very nice Cooper Case from Amazon in December for my 12 year old daughter. She loved the case, but by February, the Micro USB port was totally destroyed, not sure why...it must have been a faulty port. It was unchargeable, and therefore unusable. I tried to return to Amazon or even the seller through Amazon but both said I was beyond my return window - I had pretty much given up, and thought the $100 was lost, but figured I would try and contact Cooper Cases directly. They could NOT have been nicer!! They were super receptive to helping and apologized a million times for the issue even happening. I sent them the receipt and a photo and they fully refunded me my money. I have had some bad experiences with customer service from other companies, so that goes A LONG WAY with me. I will definitely purchase other Cooper Cases in the future. Thanks again!

These guys are ace!
These guys are ace! I stuffed up, and ordered the wrong size case for my ipad. I was willing to wear my mistake and just buy the correct one, but upon learning of my situation, they immediately refunded my second order, and quickly and efficiently organised a swap with me. I now have my correctly sized case here in Australia, less than a week after I sent off the return to China! The case itself is fantastic. Sturdy, stylish and perfect for my needs. Couldn't be happier, and will be buying from these guys again!
