No problem replacing a faulty keyboard
I ordered the Notekee F86 through Amazon.es and it arrived in good time. It was easy to connect and set up and worked like a charm for about 10 days, but then I could no longer connect. I contacted customer service via email and they gave me some standard tips. After trying everything they had suggested, it still wouldn't connect -- the keyboard was completely unresponsive. When I told them this, they offered to send me a new one. It took nearly two weeks for the new keyboard to arrive, but I put this down more to the slow Spanish postal system and a long holiday weekend in there than anything else. It's only been a few days now since I've had the new keyboard, but so far so good. Fingers crossed! Certainly the customer service has been very good if nothing else.

Product is of high quality
Product is of high quality. We purchased six and everyone loves them. One was damaged in transit and an immediate refund was issued without any hassle. Will purchase more based on our experience.

I received a keyboard case for my…
I received a keyboard case for my Samsung tablet. I received it promptly however when it arrived I noticed that it had no openings for the camera. The cover was high quality but I had erroneously supposed that all covers had openings for camera use. I contacted Tablets2Cases and they understood the error on my part and immediately and efficiently okayed and processed my refund. I would recommend this company to anyone.
