Thanks for the excellent responses to resolving the anomaly i guess of the crashing cover. No damage was done fortunately . I have now charged the new cover and i am using it. So far so good. kind regards peterjonas.co.uk

I have been very satisfied with the solution to the problem. If you had not contacted me I would not have recommended your product, but now I can attest that you solve any incidents. Unfortunately, when you offered it to me, I had already acquired another product, if not happy I would have repeated the experience.

this is my second on and not because the first More out because I gave the tablet to my grandson with that Cooper case on it so hes using it and that so I had to get another one for my new tablet they are excellent excellent excellent

I was ordering a tablet case for a Toshiba. I wish you had cases that one could insert a keyboard in. I already had one but could not find a case that would hold one without buying the keyboard and case. The one I got works great though.
