Happy Customer
I did not go wrong in giving Cooper Cases a shot. I was particularly impressed with the level of customer care that was extended to me by Carlos, a Sales Associate whom I communicated with via email. I received very prompt replies as soon as he took over the correspondence from the company website. There was a slight delay in response from the main website but all was good as soon as the contact representative took over. He was very prompt in giving options and making sure everything was in order. Great job Carlos and Cooper Cases!

Amazing customer service!
I ordered two cases for my girls tablets. One pink and one black. Unfortunately the pink one is slightly big for her tablet. Their customer service has been amazing. They are quick to respond and are sending me a new case!

Great case
Great case. Only issue was the volume buttons didn’t work. I just ended up popping them off and using the keyboard volume switch.

Excellent case!
The case arrived in good time, and was exactly as described. The iPad fit perfectly, and all the keys worked. My only complaint is that sometimes the keyboard gets a little laggy and I have to close and reopen the app, but that could just be my iPad. Overall the case is really good though, and I makes life so much easier.
