Buyer Beware!

Sadly, my experience is very much like other reviews. I, too, wish I could give 0 stars. I placed my order April 16. I received notice that a partial shipment was sent May 7. On May 9, I received an email that one item was out of stock and asked if I would wait for it. I responded that I would. That shipment was sent out May 21. I still have not received either shipment. Their tracking is suspicious and shows the package bouncing from my hometown to areas north and south of me. The out of stock light has since caught up to the first lights shipped. Now, tracking doesn't show any activity for about a month. I have emailed them several times and received a generic response each time. I recently emailed them and they responded that the tracking had not updated for some time and they sent the link to the supposedly updated tracking . . .it was the same thing that I had already seen! I have requested a refund, but they won't even address that. I wish I had done some research before I ordered . . .lesson learned! I am not sure what I will do next. I may dispute the charges with my credit card and give them a copy of the correspondences as well as the tracking! It is sad that there are so many scammers out there stealing people's hard earned money! Edit/update: The 2nd shipment (the light that was out of stock) finally arrived. It is as expected, but not worth all of the hassle. The first shipment, well, the tracking said "expired" so they finally gave me a refund on that one. I have an uneasy feeling about this company. Too many things don't add up. If you look at the reviews for their couriers, they are just as bad. Order from them at your own risk, I guess.
