What Crooks. Sold me a previously sold and soiled and defective used sun jacket as "new" with a unrepairable broken zipper for $70 +.I sent them back the defective jacket,they would not refund the money I spent. Because they said it was on clearance. Even though they charged me Full price for a broken item that they sent me.'Bait and Switch' tactics. The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with in my whole life.So I returned the jacket they sent it back to me. Back and forth four times. unbelievable What absolute Vile people from the owners, to the managers, to the phone staff .All of them with out a shread of conscience . Be forewarned do not buy from these Crooks.I was so mad that they returned my a jacket a fourth time.I had to pay to send it back after the first time I shipped it with a mailing label so I had to pay to mail it back three times. When they mailed it back the fourth time I just threw it in our apartments dumpster.

I bought 2 long sleeve polo shirts last week. The medium size was too large so I called a customer service person to request an even exchange for the size small. They do not do even exchanges, so I had to return the shirts and order again. Not only did I have to pay shipping charges for the return, I also lost the 25% discount when I ordered the new shirts and had new shipping charges added. These charges were excessive since you don’t have a store where I can try on for size! Why don’t you have an even exchange policy? The customer service person was of no help and had a rude attitude.

I am very impressed with the customer service! The bead broke on the strap of the hat. I sent a message to their customer service and a replacement was sent within 24 hours of my message. High quality!

Order person is unaware of discount policy as it applies and Customer Service is plain old rude. What ever happened to customer intimacy!!! I called Coolibar and first customer service rep made me feel inferior because I asked for my discount that didn't get applied when I placed the order. She told me they couldn't apply the discount until after I received the order. Called again and talked to another customer service rep who applied the discount as a one time only COURTESY. OK, maybe I didn't press the apply button but why be so rude? Great product, customer service needs training.

After reading all of the reviews for Coolibar here. I got the angry customer service rep who is ruining any business possible. I have order before (before the pandemic) and had a good experience. The woman I spoke with was very very angry. Now this is my guess. The owner of the company died and left everything to his kids and they didn't like the employees so they took over and ruined the company. Say good buy for your bad luck. Wish we could alert the others who will learn soon.

Commandé des habits pour $850 (y compris $25 de livraisons internationales). Bien mentionné mon pays de résidence lors de la commande. Aucune mention de frais de douanes et taxes à ce moment là. Sur d'autres sites aux US ils calculent et facturent les frais de douanes et taxes au moment de la commande. Donc je pense que c'est inclus. Quelle naïveté. Au moment de la livraison UPS me demande de payer plus de €300 de frais de douanes et taxes pour un total de marchandises (hors livraison) d'à peu près €800 !! 37,5%. J'ai refusé et attend la réponse de Coolibar si on peut retourner la marchandise et me faire rembourser.

My first call to an agent indicated it would take five days to process order plus another 5-6 for shipping. Phone died so made 2nd call for same items: an expensive next day order as I was leaving town in a week. After I placed my 2nd telephone order, I was told all sales were final w no refunds so I cancelled my order, not sure if sizes would be right, etc. But CB having processed the order at that point they said they could not cancel it. Customer service was rude, and refused to accept my contention agents misinformed me re return policy and did not even give me a purchase #. I really regret ordering from them. None of their agents know what policy is, nor how to answer questions. I hope my convos were taped for mgmt.

Never received item. They said my address was wrong or incomplete. It was not. I tried to get them to use my PO Box instead of physical address. After multiple emails and calls, I could not get them to do this. They just do not have their act together.
