Horrible customer service! they do not send via UPS but use something UPS Surepost. Rather than being delivered to your door they make an extra stop at USPS where the package gets lost. When you notify the company their attitude is well call the post office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE EXPECTING ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So, the umbrella arrived. The quality isn't as good as I thought it would be and finally it stinked. It really stinked, as if it was removed from the garbage bin and shipped to Greece. For 73euros total (shipping + Greek customs included) I did not get my value for money. Strongly dissatisfied and would not recommend

No customer service at all. I have the following experience 3 times in 2 years. The items were ordered and with tracking numbers provided but never shipped never notified what had happen. I called with replies that the items were no longer in stock and would be refunded. No apologies, no substitute, just rudeness.

Fabric stretches out over time and doesn't cover neck since it stretched after the product is put on. Get sunburned anyway. I bought through their Amazon store

I ordered a small and received a large in a small bag. I used a first time buyer 20% off so I contacted customer service to resolve getting my correct size and returning the wrong size. They sent me an email to keep the large and they gave me a full refund. I replied back, I would like a small for the price I paid and she said I would have to start all over with a new sale and did not address the 20% off coupon. Very strange that they would tell me to keep an $89 retail item. All they had to do was send me the small if they didn't want the Large back. This is also a poor financial decision which is why their clothing is likely overpriced!

Agree - absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly customer service. There was no where to enter a P.O. Box in my ship to address, in fact when I tried it wouldn’t accept it. Now I probably won’t receive my package and the customer service person could care less. The website did not say how they would ship and typically I enter both our street and PO address (we are in the boonies and PO does not ship to our home). I will not use this company going forward again. How sad. A great opportunity for a company to enter this market w/ wickedly good customer service.

Terrible customer service for a lost package. I spoke with a customer service rep and the supervisor. Shipping on the one package I did receive is very slow (7 days). I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved. The shipper delivered my package to a city/address different from my address and Coolibar just keeps saying it’s “delivered”. I know it was delivered - to someone else!! I’m out almost $300 because they will not assist in finding the package that they shipped!

Poor product - men's basic long-sleeved T-Shirt: after only two years of normal wear and washing, shirt became stretched out and unwearable. Disappointing.
